Think New Games is operated by Think New Creative Solutions LLC (“Think New Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at thinknewgames.com and to the mobile games and services we publish (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Account information. Our games let you play anonymously, or sign in with Google or Apple. If you sign in, we receive a unique account identifier and basic profile details (such as a display name) from that provider so we can save your progress and link it across our games. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
Gameplay and analytics data. To operate and improve the Services, we collect information about how you play â for example sessions, scores, achievements, levels reached, in-app events, installs, and which game referred you to another game (cross-promotion). Leaderboards and multiplayer features store the scores and game state needed to provide them.
Purchase information. If you buy a premium unlock or other in-app product, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase and a purchase identifier so we can grant your content, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
Device and technical information. We and our service providers may collect device type, operating system version, language, general region, app version, crash and diagnostic data, and advertising identifiers.
Website information. When you visit thinknewgames.com, standard server logs and essential cookies may record information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. If you contact us through the site, we receive the information you choose to send.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including saving progress and syncing your account across our games.
- To operate features such as leaderboards, multiplayer, and cross-promotion between games in our network.
- To process purchases and provide the content you buy.
- To measure performance, understand how the Services are used, and fix bugs.
- To display advertising, including in games that are free to play.
- To protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with the law.
Advertising
Some of our games are supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may use device and advertising identifiers to show and measure ads, and in some cases to show ads relevant to your interests. Purchasing the premium version of a game removes ads.
You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings â “Reset advertising identifier” and “Limit ad tracking” (iOS) or the equivalent Google advertising controls (Android). You can learn more about Google’s advertising practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Our game network
Think New Games is a network of games that cross-promote one another. When you sign in with the same Google or Apple account, we use your account identifier to recognize you across our games so your profile, and purchases where applicable, can follow you. Aggregated and account-linked analytics from across the network help us understand how players discover and move between our games.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who process it on our behalf, such as Google Firebase (authentication, database, and analytics) and Google AdMob (advertising).
- With the Apple App Store and Google Play to process purchases and app distribution.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Think New Games.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can play anonymously, control ad personalization through your device, and request account deletion. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
